Best city we’ve been to, and the hotel equal to it ❤️ We’ve been really lucky to get a room there, the people in there were lovely and gave us some advices to get the best of San Antonio places to see and be.

Beautiful design, excellent location and very friendly staff. It was way bigger and sophisticated than I imagined. Rooms are big and comfy, delicious breakfast and supper flexible staff always willing to help and please (from the valet, bell boys, reception, waiters) We brought our four-legged friend and he had a blast, we loved our stay and will definitely come back again.

I am a very well travelled person, have been to many luxury hotels around the world but have never encountered such Wonderful staff. Big up to all the people at front desk for their kindness and +1 for Helena who is exceptionnal.
