The host and his family are amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We deeply enjoyed the Mekong boat trip, the bike tour and the delicious free coconuts.

One of a kind experience. We were looking for a true Mekong experience, to understand how people live in a river delta and thrive off of it, and found that here, picking fruit off trees, fishing, cooking, and creating tools out of nature. The family is incredibly kind and helpful, and the dogs and cats are cute, and the other travelers were great company. Wouldn’t want to have stayed anywhere else in the Mekong!

Ja s rodinou som mala úžasný pobyt u Mr. Thai, ktorý sme zakončili štedrovecernou večerou, ktorú nám aj ostatným byvajucim pán Thai s jeho rodinou pripravili. Cítili sme sa tam veľmi príjemne, Thai nám pomohol s výletmi a plánmi, požičal nám ( za poplatok) motorky a pre nás to bol autenticky pobyt v džungli v Delte Mekongu. Odnasame si veľa zážitkov, na ktoré nezabudneme:) Odporúčam toto ubytovanie. Ďakujeme Thai a pozdravujeme ♥️

The homestay was beautiful, with a lovely garden and ponds. The room was clean and had a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was big and clean and had hot water. There are hammocks outside the room for relaxing. We borrowed some bicycles to go to restaurant nearby for lunch. It was fun to go though all the fruit orchards!

This place is for travellers who look for something simple but authentic, ideal escape from busy city life. Highly recommended for those who want to slow down and connect with nature and local culture.

The couple that runs this place is golden-- they are hardworking and sincerely nice. They do their best for you. Duc, the husband, and I talked about all of the havoc wreaked by the US on this land (I'm American), and consequently, his family, and despite it all he showed no ill will towards me or my country. He is interested in politics and can tell stories about the land, the history, etc. He also helped me organize my bus trip from Saigon. The bus station was small and easy to find. The bus had A/C and the driving was fine. There is a water filter system so no plastic bottles (AMAZING!). The bungalow is great-- the two beds were both perfectly supportive but not hard or soft. The sheets were excellent quality cotton (I'm a snob). There were creatures that you could hear at night on the roof, but not one tiny insect was inside my cabin. The bathroom smelled a little like mothballs, I assume to avert insects. Breakfast was varied-- eggs or soup on the two days I was there, plus fruit, coffee, tea, bread, or --for me-- something gluten free. The free bikes were great! Some were not in perfect condition, but there were so many, you could just take a different one. I took the 6 hour boat tour, which was interesting! We saw how rope was made from coconut and went to a coconut candy place, did some bike riding. In my opinion, there could have been more stops to break up the monotony of the boat ride, but what we saw was unique. Overall, excellent! I've stayed in many village type homestays, and there are always small issues. This one ranks high!

Giang and Cuc, the owners of the home, are a lovely couple. They take care of their guests just like family, and the whole place truly feels like home. The house is comfortable, airy, and clean, with everything you need for a short stay, including a proper kitchen. I love the nostalgic interior, and the garden is so calming. They even offer a morning yoga session, which makes a huge difference. Short distance from local wet market, and near to the main bridge Cau Rach Mieu. I’m definitely coming back and I’ll bring my family with me next time.

Mocay farmstay is absolutely stunning! Walking those beautiful, so carefully maintained gardens was such a delight. We were absolutely positively surprised how incredibly beautiful everything is. The staff showed us around the village and made sure we are well taken care of! Communication mainly through Google Translate. Food was incredible! I definitely recommend!

You get a rich breakfast (soup or eggs, tea, fruits) in a garden terrace with lots of flora. There is also a friendly doggy and a cat. Room was nice and clean. They offer bike/motorbike rental service to explore the area. They are also selling tours if you are into that but the best thing overall are the owners who promptly took care of every little inconveniences and overall were very helpfull and sweet. Limited english but you get in touch with their english speaking daughter via phone. She helped me to book a bus yay!
