The room is very clean, modern, it has the strongest shower head, it's also on a quiet street. Good internet and table for work. It has everything I need. I don't think you can get a better quality room with the same price. The only problem I've found is the air conditioning is facing the bed, so the wind is blowing at you when you're going to sleep.

We stayed at Bosa Homestay for 4 days and it was the best stay we had in Vietnam. Bosa, his wife Phoenix, and their son Bush were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Phoenix prepared amazing home-cooked breakfasts and dinners—some of the best meals we had during our trip. The location is perfect: right by the water, just outside the city, offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the Mekong, yet still close enough to easily visit the city. Bosa spent a lot of time with us, sharing wonderful stories and local insights, and he also helped organize great trips and experiences. We felt completely at home and truly cared for—highly recommended!
