Traveling for work you can never really say how late you will check in but at 4on Braemar it is no hassle. The check in was easy and super fast. Communication with the host was effortless and they answered all questions and request without delay. Amazing space with Wonderfull relaxing shower and garden. The dogs also quite enjoyed the stay.

We loved this location - quaint, comfortable, and welcoming. The setting and the cabin were fabulous. Julian, our host was great. The cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and roomy, and the beds were comfortable. The wood-heated hot tub was fun. Guest could rent bikes, buy firewood, and 'shop' in the farm stall for fresh eggs, honey, wonderful homemade freezer meals, and much more There are several trails right out the front door that enable you to hike or mountain bike to a reserve with zebras and giraffes. We all wished we could have stayed longer! Thanks Julian!

It is almost like a manor house, offering plenty of space, two large bedrooms, a great lounge, and a winter garden with a terrace that boasts a million-dollar view of the Drakensberg Mountains (Monks Cowl). We almost felt like we were on the "Out-of-Africa" farm from the movie — and all of this at an unbeatable price. It has all the amenities you could wish for, including a cozy fireplace (with firewood provided), braai facilities, complimentary tea/coffee/milk, a lovely pool area, and an adorable dog. Furthermore, it is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained accommodations we have ever stayed in, where you won’t find a speck of dust. The hosts are very kind and polite, always ready for a little chat and willing to help when needed, and they gave us great recommendations for hiking routes and restaurants.

Located around a privately owned lake with views of the Drakensberg mountain range, Sani Valley Nature Lodges offers secluded chalet accommodation in a tranquil setting with game viewing... Stunning location. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with its own supply of wood for the fire. We self-catered for dinner and enjoyed a very cosy evening in a beautiful setting. The welcome tipple was a nice touch. The breakfast was just what we needed before we headed up Sani Pass and across Lesotho. Was an excellent stay.

We had an absolutely lovely stay and are already planning to go back soon. The host went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible, also one of the cleanest, well kept places we have stayed in.
