I really appreciated the warm and welcoming reception we received upon arrival. The staff was super attentive, and the chalet we stayed in was incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean. I stayed in the Jasper East hostel for 3 nights. Overall, my stay here was exceptional. The staff here is extremely friendly and made everything possible to make my overall stay a pleasant experience. The location is not too close to the Freeway so there is not much disturbances from the constant traffic during night. Additionally, the beds and sheets were extremely clean and well maintained. The Earthing Grounding sheets does indeed seem to work perfectly and help in getting a sound sleep. I did try the Red Light therapy lighting in the room for some time. But I cannot fully comment on that since I needed to experience it more to make a strong positive comment on that. The Yoga room is a big plus if you want a silent retreat to read or listen to music in a peaceful environment.

We loved the location and the views of Pyramid Lake. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There’s a very good restaurant on site. And we especially enjoyed the one-hour complimentary canoe/kayak rental. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this place, it was clean, great location. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof and wish we had stayed a night longer. The Italian restaurant was excellent and I plan to stay here again next year!
