The breakfast is nice with a good variety and options. Location is quite good for the ones that want to go to hiking - Val d'aran and the Colomers are within 20-30 min. The stuff and particularly the owner manager Xavi were very welcoming and committed. views from the room were very nice (we stayed at the last room so we had views from two directions). Breakfast was very good with many options and service was excellent. The swimming pool is very spacious. Salardu is a good location if you travel by car and want to explore both the Aran valley and the two sides of Aiguestortes without changing a place of stay every day.

Our room was a little on the small side but ok for two people who were not staying long. Breakfast is included and was ideal served by very attentive staff. Situated in a small square with a choice of restaurants/bars on the doorstep. The ski slopes are ten minutes drive away in Baqueira which I can only describe as a concrete wasteland.
