The houses were just freshly renovated and everything was brand new. The host even put little goodies on the kids beds which won the kids over in a second. The views from the house, be it the mountains out back or the sea out front are stunning and beds very comfortable! This was hands down the best place to stay! Each room felt as if you were visiting the past. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very cozy and I LOVED going into the "blue room" (I forgot what it was called) to enjoy coffee while looking out the window to enjoy the gardens and Wally (the dog). Both Tim and Rose are kind and excellent hosts. They made tea for us at any time we wanted. We felt very welcomed. Thanks to the hosts. Tim gave us some useful tips about the local area.
