Kun tulimme hotelliin väsyneinä myöhään illalla, meidät ottivat lämpimästi ja kiireettömästi vastaan Ida ja Vincent. He järjestivät meille ison ja kauniin huoneen, jossa oli parveke. Suuret kiitokset heille! Kaikki hotellissa oli uutta, puhdasta ja siistiä. Vuode oli hyvin mukava, pyyhkeet ja kylpytuotteet olivat erinomaisia. Hotelli oli hiljainen. Aamiainen oli ensiluokkainen. Yhdeksän päivän ajan meitä palveli ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta. Thank you: Ida, Vincent, Marta, Raffaella, Caroline, Chiara, Miks, Frederico, Anna, Eva. You were very kind! Thank you all the staff. We had a very pleasent stay in the exellent Ruby hotel in Firenze. We will come back!
