The hosts made us feel very welcome & could not have been more helpful or hospitable. The location was very convenient with the bus stop being in view of the front door. Spiez is an excellent place to stay as it is on the mail railway line with easy access in all directions. Having stayed in Switzerland over 20 times this was the best rental apartment we have been to & we will definately return here.

Beautiful location, swimming pool, good-sized apartment, stunning view, care taker lady (Margaret) was amazing, and finally reasonable price. Lady upstairs (sorry forget her name) was very helpfull, she provided her own microwave oven for the whole week as there was no microwave oven in the apartment.

The host family is friendly and nice. They live upstairs. It located in a very nice farm with great landscaping. The furniture was great, full kitchen facility with dishwasher. Very comfortable room and there is a clothing washer and dryer. To sum up, It worth the money. I will definitely live here every time I visit around.

This is a fabulous, very spacious apartment with modern decor and a beautifully outfitted kitchen. The host was kind and helpful. We loved all the extras Phil provided: coffee pods, cream, fruit, oatmeal, muesli, sodas, even wine and chocolates. We enjoyed using this kitchen for our breakfasts and dinners. We even made fondue here, with the quality fondue pot. Very comfortable large bed and good shower and bathtub.There is a great view. Apartment is in quiet Oberhofen close to bus and ferry stops. Also walkable to Thun. There are some nice waterfront cafes along the lakeshore. This is a wonderful apartment!

We love this place so much. Yes we have to drive up but the drive there was simply beautiful. This place has an amazing view and even more amazing host. Family Wicki provided us with some groceries when we urgently needed them cos we did not realize the stores would be closed early. They were always in touch with us, asking how we were and met us personally. I would highly recommend this place!
