We had a room with a small private pool, which we really enjoyed. The facilities, location, and staff are amazing. The infinity pool is large enough, with a view over the valley forest. Safina made us the best crepe, and FDM Armoni lives up to her name. Live music during dinner was enjoyable, as well as Balinese dance. The surrounding Campuhan/village area is excellent. You will find many warungs, cafés, and some rice fields.

This was our second time at the Renaissance. The Hotel has a centric and quiet location. The room is clean and confortable. The Breakfast buffet is exceptional. There are 3 pools and a childrens pool, so there is enough space for everyone. There are 3 restaurants, all of them with a very nice variety of food, excellent quality and the food is delicious and fresh. The gym is more tgan enough and most of the time there is space. What makes this place so special for us, are the whole team, they are like family, always warm, friendly and very welcoming. Thank You to the Renaissance Team, you do an exceptional job. Negative We asked at the upper bar and at the reception (we did not know this two employees and they were the only two unfriendly persons, we talked to), if we could buy some bottles of water for the room and the unfriendly and unflexible answer was just: "no, maybe at the supermarket". We got four bottles of water in the room, everytime when the room was cleaned, but as it was not necessary to get the room cleaned everyday, we just did not get the water. So we went out to buy the water from the supermarket.

The breakfast was excellent, and the overall dining experience was great. The spa was another highlight , I had an exceptional massage, one of the best I’ve ever experienced, deeply relaxing and perfectly executed. A truly magical stay that I will remember for a long time.

Here was everything perfect! The location is amazing if you want to stay next to the sea! The staff were superb! Everybody are helpful and very kind! The Breakfast selection is huge and delicious. It wasn’t a party hotel (what I liked), but it has lots of activities. Such as movie night, women’s circles and cacao ceremonies. The beds were big and it overall felt quite luxuruous.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities, were excellent and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali!

You can take a Grab or a taxi otherwise - the staff is very polite and tries to accommodate your needs. I extended my stay and they were kind to let me keep the same room
