The staff are great! Very nice and helpful. The room is spotless and has hot water, great AC, it looks good and it’s spacious. The restaurant cafe is so nice and chill, prefect way to start your morning. The mango yogurt is really good!

I did not stay in this hostel but my son Hadji does. He loved this place and all he talked about while he's in Siargao was about this Three lil birds hostel. I booked him in different hostels but it's funny that eveytime we do video calls, he was in this hostel even though he's not staying there anymore. He loved this place so much and always blamed me for booking him to different hostels. I wanna experience this place myself to see why my son adore this place so much.

Casa Basa was wonderful! All staff are some welcoming, kind, and friendly. I rented a motorbike to use during my stay, and Mich kindly gave me a quick tutorial on how to use it. The property is a 5-10 minute ride from the main General Luna area, but I preferred this; it was so peaceful and quiet at the accommodation. They were also working to make the Starlink internet even better during my stay—this made it easier for me to get some work done. There were occasional power outages due to the island-wide power issues, but Casa Basa has a backup generator, so things were restored quickly. Breakfasts and smoothies were delicious, and the adorable dogs were also a big plus for me. It was a wonderful stay and I would love to visit again the next time I come to Siargao! Thanks to the whole team!
