The hotel was very nice and comfortable. We stayed in a family at end of August so had no much of other people. Staff were hyper friendly and helpful. Even opened the pool for our children that has been already closed for the winter . Restaurant had a lots of choices and food was tasty. We appreciate a lot the ambiance :) Thank you so much for hosting us !

Hotel Roc Meler was one of those hidden gems you stumble upon without knowing. It’s a beautiful hotel, extremely cozy while modern. the facilities were very clean and well taken care of. it had the air of light luxury while still remaining wholesome and affordable. The views from some of the windows around the building were lovely, the staff attentive and always willing to help. Alex at reception was particularly lovely. The food for the buffet, breakfast and dinner, was very delicious and well stocked. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa but my friends assured me it was peaceful and the pools were well maintained and warm. The room felt spacious even though there were three of us. There was a shuttle van that would take us to the bottom of the ski lift every morning and pick us up once the slopes closed. I enjoyed everything about the hotel and I hope to be back next year!

I like everything!! Location, facilities, staff, valuable. Location is very close to everything, close to gondola El-Tarter, just a few minutes walking. And also close to the bus station. We traveled as a family of three the weekend before Christmas, unsure what to expect since the hotel had opened just a day or two earlier. As it turned out, we had no reason to worry. Check-in was seamless, with the staff ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to a larger room as a gesture of appreciation for being among the hotel's first guests. The room was spacious and cozy, with an incredible view of the mountains. Room service was prompt, and the staff went out of their way to make our daughter feel special, giving her a tour of the hotel and ensuring she had full access to the expansive play area (which also delighted the video game enthusiasts among us parents). The hotel restaurant, Fismuler, serves a delicious breakfast, and the lunch menu is exquisite. The location is ideal, right in the center of Andorra La Vella, with shopping malls, restaurants, and pharmacies all within walking distance. Getting around is easy too: Uber rides to El Tarter or Canillo are convenient, or you can walk ten minutes to the nearest bus stop. The hotel also runs a shuttle to Encamp multiple times daily. As with any newly opened property, there were a few small rough edges, but the staff's warmth and helpfulness more than compensated. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, all requests catered for. Really nice relaxing communal area downstairs with pool table and table tennis, and sofas by an open fire. Perfect for our ski trip as it was right next to Camillo gondola just across the road. Buffet breakfast was perfect for fuelling up before a day on the slopes. The evening meal option was also very nice and great value

Modern hotel with great views. Really friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed in one place; organised ski hire, lift passes and the mini-bus shuttle to the lifts was great. Buffet style meals were great and good quality, with food cooked for you on the spot. I would recommend for families with kids primary school upwards as the food options for them were great (freshly made crepes, chocolate fountain). Lovely spa pool.
