The owner of the place really very decent & helpful, he added to the positive experience. Incredibly helpful and kind, they went above and beyond to arrange a ride for us. Very good location, just 2 min to the lake Sevan and on foot you can reach Sevanavank monastery. Very clean, new facilities, delicious breakfast. Staff is polite, helpful and friendly, especially Robert and Naira. The nature around and air are amazing. We were very satisfied with the choice.

The food at this place i absolutely amazing. We've been there 4 times I think and it's always great. This time we even used the sauna. It was great to jump in the lake at 4 degrees C. outside after spending some time in the sauna.

Nice, clean and comfortable room, with great view of the lake. Not a central location, but an easy drive to town. Staff was extremely kind and helped us to resolve an issue with our car when we were leaving.
