The view from the balcony is something that I have never seen before, it did not get boring at all. Included breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had, with so many options. Staff were all friendly. Even though I didn’t use the facilities, they had a wellness centre and pool. Room was good size and well provided for.

A hidden gem in the Austrian Dolomites. The hotel's location is excellent- just beside the Tristachersee lake, a dream come true for every visitor. The rooms are in impeccable condition, and the food is on another level - I have to mention that the restaurant is in the Michelin guide. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every aspect you may need. My thanks to every member of the Kreuzer family who is running the place; they make you feel at home and provide every little detail for your comfort and convenience. This place made me feel like a member of a happy family - a valuable feature which, unfortunately, is forgotten these days in most tourist places all over the world. Very cosy, clean, warm appartment, kitchen very good equipped. We had everything we needed, parking place as well. Good position to explore East Tirol sky centers, appartment is less than a minute from the main road. We shall come again.

we picked this hotel for the pool and we absolutely loved the pool! i mean, the entire hotel is super nice, breakfast was lovely, but with two little boys who love water/pools, the rooftop pool was the absolute highlight! also super location, without question. the little tavern downstairs is also very handy!
