I had a wonderful extended ski weekend at Hotel AlpenSchlössl. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the hotel was spotless throughout my stay. I also appreciated the great location — the ski bus stopped right in front of the hotel, making access to the slopes very easy. A perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable ski getaway. Highly recommended!

We are very satisfied. Spacious room with a magnificent view. Great cuisine and an extremely friendly atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and facilities for spending free time

The host was very friendly and hospitable and gave us some great tips about the area and he was very helpful.

Dominik greeted us on our arrival, showed us the apartment as well the place to store skies and dry boots. He was friendly, gave us many good tips, e.g. where to eat and info about the area. The ski bus stop is opposite to the apartment. The skiing area Wilder Kaiser is easy to reach from this apartment, by bus or by car. The apartment is big, comfortable and very clean. He organized for us from the bakery fresh bread rolls, “Brötchen service „ and he gave us a jar of honey from his farm.

Excellent accommodation, where you will find not only a perfect apartment with a view of the mountains, but also the smiling farmer Monika. You will feel right at home. TOP equipped kitchen. In addition, your car will be under a roof, so you don't have to remove ice in winter.

We slept here for 1 night with 6 people and a dog on our way to Italy. The atmosphere in the apartment was great. Not noisy at all. Private washer and dryer available, handy with a large family. The complex is located next to a nice swimming pool and has 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable apartment. A supermarket within walking distance. We were super satisfied!

Perfectly equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable for a group of friends with small children.

Hotel: Generally clean, spacious and well heated with a large bar in the reception area. There is a lounge area with comfortable seating where you can relax and it turns into a family area in the evenings with different activities (disco/bingo/etc etc). This was really comfortable and was never crowded. Rooms: The room we had was an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a private sauna. I think this was one of the larger apartments. It was clean and tidy and child friendly. Staff: The staff were all friendly and helpful. Kids club: This was really excellent. The kids club had professional staff and was like a nursery on site. Each evening around 530pm the staff would all march out of kids club with a line of children to meet Mr Happy the mascot and sing and dance in the reception area which all the kids clearly loved. Kids activities: The hotel is all about kids. There is a large soft play/games area with a slide and climbing wall upstairs (this is separate and additional to the kids club downstairs which is itself large). There is an ice rink outside directly opposite the hotel (30 seconds walk) with an outdoor play area and just next to that there is a ski training area with a flat conveyor belt ski lift. Swimming pool: The pool is great for families. There is a small baby pool and a larger pool. There is a little gated baby area and the pool was generally warm. The area has a family feel/atmosphere and there are floaty things and toys for kids to play with. The floor was a bit slippery. Food: The food was great. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about the choice on offer. We thought the food was excellent in both quality and choice. Each day for breakfast and dinner you get the same family table. Very clean hotel, everything seems recently renovated. Pool is very beautiful, with a jacuzzi and a fireplace in the room. The staff is extra nice !!

The food and service at this wonderful family run hotel is amazing. If you want a taste of five star class or are a bit of wine connoisseur who a appreciates attention to detail then this the place for you and your family and friends. They don’t have a wine list it’s a wine bible.. Even the glasses have been special designed to enhance the wines and Champagnes. The hotel also has a very good swimming pool sauna room ideal after a day in the mountains.

Excellent hotel. Practically we booked a villa for my family of 4 . Kitchen, living room, sauna, relaxing lounge after sauna, all for us 4. Everything brand new, I believe from last summer . Heated pool excellent! Excellent cuisine, la label Gault& Millau is not displayed without a perfect reason ! You have the bus in front of the hotel 2 times per hour to and from the ski tracks. 6 places taxi for less than 20 euros the trip are also available. Enough parking place. Heidi, the hostess, is fantastic! Thanks for everything!

Incredible location, with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa area is in excellent condition, and very tastefully designed, as is the rest of the hotel. The terraces are beautiful, and the food is excellent. 

The food was brilliant. The dinner and breakfast package offered a great buffet breakfast with a huge choice of hot and cold food. At breakfast you could also make a roll or sandwich and wrap it for lunch, take a piece of fruit and a carton of fruit juice for lunch. Dinner was lovely and typically Austrian with soup, then salad buffet and then main course with choice of three meals and then a desert. On change over days there was a buffet for the main course instead. Dinner included drinks on tap with a choice of white or red wine, beer or soft drinks. You could top up as needed. The package felt more like full board! We had two rooms for three and the sofa bed in one of them was big enough for two. The balconies were great and we had beautiful maintain views. We booked late but the staff accommodated us with rooms opposite each other. If they had been booked earlier and next to each other I believe the balconies could easily open to a-join them. The heated pool was great and often empty if we went down earlier after lunch. There was no separate jacuzzi but a seated area in the pool that you could start up similarly to a jacuzzi and was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back again!
