We booked a two-bedroom apartment and it was even better than expected. Facilities are brand new, very well equipped. Rooms are very cozy and spacious, even comes with a complete kitchen. Very good breakfast too

Hotel: Generally clean, spacious and well heated with a large bar in the reception area. There is a lounge area with comfortable seating where you can relax and it turns into a family area in the evenings with different activities (disco/bingo/etc etc). This was really comfortable and was never crowded. Rooms: The room we had was an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a private sauna. I think this was one of the larger apartments. It was clean and tidy and child friendly. Staff: The staff were all friendly and helpful. Kids club: This was really excellent. The kids club had professional staff and was like a nursery on site. Each evening around 530pm the staff would all march out of kids club with a line of children to meet Mr Happy the mascot and sing and dance in the reception area which all the kids clearly loved. Kids activities: The hotel is all about kids. There is a large soft play/games area with a slide and climbing wall upstairs (this is separate and additional to the kids club downstairs which is itself large). There is an ice rink outside directly opposite the hotel (30 seconds walk) with an outdoor play area and just next to that there is a ski training area with a flat conveyor belt ski lift. Swimming pool: The pool is great for families. There is a small baby pool and a larger pool. There is a little gated baby area and the pool was generally warm. The area has a family feel/atmosphere and there are floaty things and toys for kids to play with. The floor was a bit slippery. Food: The food was great. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about the choice on offer. We thought the food was excellent in both quality and choice. Each day for breakfast and dinner you get the same family table. I had a wonderful extended ski weekend at Hotel AlpenSchlössl. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the hotel was spotless throughout my stay. I also appreciated the great location — the ski bus stopped right in front of the hotel, making access to the slopes very easy. A perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable ski getaway. Highly recommended!

Staff very friendly. Room is so spacious. Nothing too much trouble. The wellness spa is over more floors than I can count it is better than anything I have ever experienced. I had a treatment daily and all were so highly experienced that the treatments were amazing

Very clean hotel, everything seems recently renovated. Pool is very beautiful, with a jacuzzi and a fireplace in the room. The staff is extra nice !!

The food and service at this wonderful family run hotel is amazing. If you want a taste of five star class or are a bit of wine connoisseur who a appreciates attention to detail then this the place for you and your family and friends. They don’t have a wine list it’s a wine bible.. Even the glasses have been special designed to enhance the wines and Champagnes. The hotel also has a very good swimming pool sauna room ideal after a day in the mountains.

Big, spacious room. Lovely view of the mountains and very peaceful as it is on the edge of the town. Wished I took a stroll in the surrounding forest as the area is beautiful. About 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Soll (it is an uphill walk, so a bit more challenging if you have heavy luggage to carry or ski gear). The bus (Red line) stops right outside and runs to the ski gondola, so very convenient. It however does not run that often after the "ski rush hours" but luckily the hotel is still walking distance from the gondola. The hotel also has ski storage facilities. Fantastic sauna facilities with beautiful views - used it everyday during our stay and it was so relaxing. It was really a highlight of our stay. Good breakfast spread. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and that was also very nice. Overall - lovely stay and good value for money.

Excellent hotel. Practically we booked a villa for my family of 4 . Kitchen, living room, sauna, relaxing lounge after sauna, all for us 4. Everything brand new, I believe from last summer . Heated pool excellent! Excellent cuisine, la label Gault& Millau is not displayed without a perfect reason ! You have the bus in front of the hotel 2 times per hour to and from the ski tracks. 6 places taxi for less than 20 euros the trip are also available. Enough parking place. Heidi, the hostess, is fantastic! Thanks for everything!

Everything perfect for a Skiing holiday.

Incredible location, with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa area is in excellent condition, and very tastefully designed, as is the rest of the hotel. The terraces are beautiful, and the food is excellent.
