Everything was very good - location, facilities, cleanliness, Wi-Fi. Smooth check in and check out. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. Nice staff. Will definitely return again next time in Darwin!

The apartment was extremely clean and so spacious. It had everything you could need, they even provide dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. Large balcony with table and chairs. I felt very safe during my stay here. The staff were pleasant and you got a free welcome drink on arrival.

The location in CBD is amazing, almost near to everything in the city.

Central to everything, a supermarket around the corner, great coffee at 1995 cafe. The apartment has views of the pool and city, but also the harbour. It was clean and comfortable. Good kitchen, great bathroom.

The location close to central Darwin was fabulous, the apartment was well appointed and with supermarkets nearby we were able to treat as if our home. Sunrise was amazing from the balcony

The space was lovely and the view was excellent. Secure parking available. We read reviews saying there were cleanliness concerns, but that wasn't the case at all! Everything from the bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces were so clean and well made. This place was part of the highlight of our stay in Darwin, and we didn't want to leave. Large smart TV (although would be better if a Netflix account was provided) made for such a good theatre experience. Kitchen was fully equipped, and was great to have basic pantry items supplied and available. Location was amazing and very close to everything to see and need to do in Darwin.

This apartment (and the owner) were exceptional in the extreme. A wonderful host. An absolutely fabulous apartment. Some food was left in the fridge and cupboards which was useful. What I loved also was the ability to recycle items with separate bins for recyclying and rubbish. Nomikis is a lovely lady. This apartment exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. Close to everything. Parking is below ground and totally secure with keylock passes in and out of the parking area. Keys needed to work the lift so no unwelcome blow-ins can access the apartments. Will stay there again. Bed very comfortable. Shower lovely and hot and the area spacious. Fabulous balcony area.

Everything about Paravista Motel is excellent Very comfortable and a spacious room and very clean with good facilities plus the swimming pool is great I stayed for 2 more days as I enjoyed it so much The Motel Manager Shane is really sweet and very accommodating to my needs the location is perfect too I shall certainly stay here again when I return to Darwin Thankyou Shane so much and was lovely to meet you Warmest regards from. Cosy little appartment, perfect for wot we were after.

Great location close to city, pool was basic & clean. Small balcony with bbq was perfect. Full kitchen & small laundry. Fabulous self contained unit, modern & clean.

The location was ideal for us and there was little noise. We had a hire car and parking under the building was excellent. The unit was very spacious for two. Information from the property agents was excellent. There were more than adequate kitchen utensils and lovely big mugs and glasses!

This place was exceptional and the surprise gifts waiting for us in the Fridge were a huge bonus after a long haul flight. Communication with the hosts was excellent and timely.
