Wonderful pool and spa area. Very clean. Lovely and polite staff, super helpful at any interaction. Great food at the Pri Momite restaurant with many local treats. Best hotel in the area. We loved the themed room for both style and comfort.

A very interesting hotel whose online photos simply don't do it any justice. Spa and indoor swimming pool, astonishingly clean also, with a lifeguard on duty at all times. It is spotlessly clean, well run with organised and eager to help staff, and a fabulous breakfast buffet.

The room for 2 adults with 2 kids was clean with decent size (about 25sq.m). The pool was 32 degrees excellent for children. Sauna and Steam room were available. Restaurant was big and not overcrowded. Staff was very nice and polite. Free parking was available at site. Very good breakfast.

Each deluxe room takes you to a different world. The hotel is quite clean, good breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant, and friendly staff. There is no mineral water, but the water in the pool is heated to 32 degrees. There is a sauna, a steam bath, a gym and they offer a wide selection of massages.

Great staff and awesome breakfast. Ideal for families with kids - like us. There were two kids’ play places indoors and one outdoors. Everything was clean. The food was delicious. During our stay the hotel organised an event near the Prohodna cave and it was an interesting experience and we appreciated it very much.
