Very good space and exceptionally well equipped apartment. Staff was nice and quick to respond our requests. Nice pool area, very close to the beach, nearby restaurants, markets and other facilities. Not located in a very busy area but still walking distance from center.

I actually can't wait to go back👌 I would definitely go back to this hotel and stay for a bit longer. As long as Emi is still there! We stayed for 2 nights Wednesday - Friday in the middle of June. 2 adults and 2 children. We visit Bulgaria every couple of months for work for the last 7 years but this is the first vacation we have taken! Knowing that Bulgaria is only really an up and coming tourist destination mainly for party sunny beach no hotel we've stayed in has ever been perfect. We know that there will be some issues. We have had awful experiences in hotels even ones that claim to be the best. So we arrived and the receptionist spoke English, she was very welcoming and helpful. Not moody at all as some reviews claim. I'll now say that every single staff member was friendly, spoke some English and was just totally amazing and helpful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ even one of the maintenance men started talking with me and his family live in Sliven where we work. Bojidar in the restaurant was so friendly, my daughter totally loved him ran up and cuddled him! The cleaner came in while we were changing for the beach and saw the little ones running around, she didn't want to mop the floor in case they slipped and waited til we were done. Very thoughtful of her. The pools were suitable for small children, there is a kid's pool and a deeper pool plus a little Jacuzzi area. There is a green and a children's playground that does need some maintenance, but no one got hurt and it totally did the job. There is a bar at the pool (it wasn't open as its not in season yet I guess) but the restaurant is just a few steps from the pool to get drinks. . Food and Drinks are overall great! Best for last, the kids entertainment! Emi and Petar. My daughter loved them so much! They were attentive, interactive and fun! They do dancing, arts and crafts, play pool games, evening disco. I cannot praise this enough. Honestly you are both treasures! Animation, the best!
