it was so frustrating, I paid for two comfortable rooms and they put us in totally uncomfortable rooms! not even the air conditioning worked properly, the door lock also had a problem. my feeling was one of frustration as my husband was visiting Brazil for the first time and had to witness all that struggle to get the rooms I paid for
