The location was great. Parking underground was great and so easy to get to our room from. Banff is a lovely location and the surrounding area is full of wildlife and this hotel is ideally located to explore it all.

Offering an indoor pool and a hot tub, Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection is located 6 minutes’ drive from Banff centre and near the Upper Hot Springs. A restaurant is located on site.

Everything. The place was great, room was amazing, food was excellent and above all the staff was nice and very helpfull. We were looking for a extraordinary experiance since we dont usually go to such fancy hotels but is was more than worth the money. We would like to note the concierge r.j who helped upgrade our vacation with pinpoint recomendations that we enjoyed a lot. Indeed a bit expencive but for us it was more then worth it.

The room exceeded my expectation! It was cozy and clean. I just wish that they would upgrade their TV with netflix or youtube. It would also be nice if they will ask upon booking if there would be any seniors who will stay, as we were placed on the 2nd cabin floor which is a little bit uncomfy to climb up for my parents. But overall, we love the place! We will be recommending it to our friends and for will be back for sure!!
