Great hotel and location is very central. Stayed in a King suite which was very comfortable and well equipped. Hotel facilities are great and staff were very friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The kitchen was great, had everything that we needed! beds were very comfortable and locate is perfect if you want to be in Banff. The staff were so lovely and helpful with everything as well. They also provided us with shampoo and hand wash/lotion which smelt amazing.

Everything. The place was great, room was amazing, food was excellent and above all the staff was nice and very helpfull. We were looking for a extraordinary experiance since we dont usually go to such fancy hotels but is was more than worth the money. We would like to note the concierge r.j who helped upgrade our vacation with pinpoint recomendations that we enjoyed a lot. Indeed a bit expencive but for us it was more then worth it.

Literally perfect location just far enough from town to be quiet and enjoy wildlife like elk, but close enough that it was less than 10minutes into town
