It was an amazing stay. We got one of the rooms with kitchenette, which was perfect and it had all the amenities needed. The room was very big and the beds super confortable. The laundry was also very good and easy to use and they are located ideally. The hotel is in the outside of Banff, which gives plenty of opportunities to see some wildlife, but they provide free bus service to the city center which was very convenient. We stayed there for three nights and it was like being at home. 100% would recommend.

Very good hotel in the downtown in Banff. Banff Avenue is 5 minutes walk and the hotel is also located near the river, ideal for morning or evening walks. The staff was super nice and helpful. If we go back to Banff, we will definitively stay here.

Renovation work will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
