We had everything we needed at the hotel. Excellent FB and staff service. Easy transportation to ski resorts and downtown. Several shopping stores to choose from on property. Indoor/outdoor pools. Hotel offered activities for all ages. Excellent hiking around hotel, ice skate rink.

Very welcoming staff (including a surprise bottle of champagne for my birthday). The place had a great atmosphere in the lobby and even the renovations going on didnt seem to affect guests. The rooms were great and the extra sink/kitchenette area very helpful for a longer stay. We had a view of mountains from our balcony. Right in the centre of town with a short evening stroll to shops etc. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Everything. The place was great, room was amazing, food was excellent and above all the staff was nice and very helpfull. We were looking for a extraordinary experiance since we dont usually go to such fancy hotels but is was more than worth the money. We would like to note the concierge r.j who helped upgrade our vacation with pinpoint recomendations that we enjoyed a lot. Indeed a bit expencive but for us it was more then worth it.
