Wonderful place to stay. Their concierge Neil made everything thing possible for a stay in Banff, from organizing a hospital trip to activities to restaurants; I have never had the pleasure of meeting a concierge like him in all my travels.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in experienced, well trained hands. We were especially impressed with room service. They responded to requests, (often not on the menu) with unusual understanding and even better, everything that arrived at our room was delicious. The staff members we encountered, without exception, inquired about our satisfaction with the hotel. Everyone is well trained and good at what they do. Therefore I must believe that this attention to detail starts with senior management at guest services and that magic works its way throughout the hotel.
