Everything good about this propertly, location, staff, cleanliness, access to city centre There is some issue regarding the payments, There are four charges that are appearing in my credit cards, 17th July 2025 - CAD 638 Paid using VISA card ending with 4133 08th August 2025 - CAD 638 was charged on my mastercard ending with 0892 09th August 2025 - CAD 738 was charged on my mastercard ending with 0892 11th August 2025 - CAD 638 charged on my mastercard ending with 0892 Total Amount Charged = CAD 638 + CAD 638 + CAD 738 + CAD 638 , Whereas it should have been only - CAD 638 + CAD 638 I have attached the screenshot of charges for your reference, (attachments sent directly on your mail ID) Please process refund of CAD 638 + CAD 738 = CAD 1376 at the earliest,

Wonderful, one of the best hotels ever. Such a nice welcoming feeling when we were coming back in the evening from the cold outside. Loved the toiletries, they smell so good! The swimming pool is AMAZING, really nicely decorated and clean with the added bonus of having the view of the mountains and the snow. Fabulous hotel, really recommended!

The location was great. Parking underground was great and so easy to get to our room from. Banff is a lovely location and the surrounding area is full of wildlife and this hotel is ideally located to explore it all.

The room exceeded my expectation! It was cozy and clean. I just wish that they would upgrade their TV with netflix or youtube. It would also be nice if they will ask upon booking if there would be any seniors who will stay, as we were placed on the 2nd cabin floor which is a little bit uncomfy to climb up for my parents. But overall, we love the place! We will be recommending it to our friends and for will be back for sure!!
