Very comfortable hotel with good location. The service of the hotel staff is very good. We had some problem when we checked in, but the staff helped us solve it. We are very satisfied with it. Hotel is very clear as well

The location was very good, just in the middle of downtown, and the recently rennovated facilities were fantastic! The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were always ready to make our stay a pleasant one. They were glad to provide information, make suggestions about tourist attractios and restaurants, support with bookings, tickets, printing, etc. We commend Sony, Sabina and Mark, who were exceptionally kind, friendly, supportive, efficient, and always kept a smiling and welcoming face. They really went far and beyond!!! We also liked the coffee place located at the entrance of the hotel. The staff were great and very friendly. The food was delicious and prices were reasonable.

The location was great. Parking underground was great and so easy to get to our room from. Banff is a lovely location and the surrounding area is full of wildlife and this hotel is ideally located to explore it all.

Offering an indoor pool and a hot tub, Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection is located 6 minutes’ drive from Banff centre and near the Upper Hot Springs. A restaurant is located on site.
