Amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel accommodated a change in our booking even though they did not need to, they upgraded us to a wonderful suite and they ensured we got a gift cheese board for our anniversary! Just wow! And, it did not hurt that the hotel looks like something out of a fairytale! Could not recommend strongly enough!

The location was very good, just in the middle of downtown, and the recently rennovated facilities were fantastic! The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were always ready to make our stay a pleasant one. They were glad to provide information, make suggestions about tourist attractios and restaurants, support with bookings, tickets, printing, etc. We commend Sony, Sabina and Mark, who were exceptionally kind, friendly, supportive, efficient, and always kept a smiling and welcoming face. They really went far and beyond!!! We also liked the coffee place located at the entrance of the hotel. The staff were great and very friendly. The food was delicious and prices were reasonable.

Very welcoming staff (including a surprise bottle of champagne for my birthday). The place had a great atmosphere in the lobby and even the renovations going on didnt seem to affect guests. The rooms were great and the extra sink/kitchenette area very helpful for a longer stay. We had a view of mountains from our balcony. Right in the centre of town with a short evening stroll to shops etc. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!
