The mini kitchen area in our room has everything that we need, knives of all kinds, plates, cups. Beds are cozy and housekeeping checked our room daily for towel replacement and trash pick-up. Receptionists are very helpful, we have pleasant experiences with Catherine, Rika and Brogan. They sre very helpful.

Located directly on Bow River, this lodge is located in Banff National Park, 5 minutes' walk to Banff city center. A swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna are available for guest use nearby.

Our stay was pleasant right from the start. The staff were friendly, our rooms were very clean and comfortable, had a great view of the river/mountains, and even woke up to a buck grazing below our balcony. The pool and steam room was our favorite part by far. We’d return for a weekend just to sit in that steam room again lol overall great stay! Thank you to the staff for making it so accommodating and for being so friendly!

Oldie but very genuine feel to the place. Welcomed from the moment we drove up to the front door. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, all of them. Bar and restaurant food exceptionally good. Underground parking. Spacious room with everything expected. All lamps working. Location just outside Roam Transit bus. Great stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything is brand new. I loved the natural, modern design — the combination of wood, leather, and stone creates a very warm yet stylish atmosphere. The bedding felt like something from another world — incredibly comfortable, and I really loved it. The amenities were also of a very high standard: shampoos, creams, and all toiletries felt premium and well thought out. Of course, the location is a huge plus — you are right in the heart of Banff town, which makes everything easily accessible. The swimming pool and spa were excellent and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added a lot to the overall experience. Online check-in made everything extremely convenient and smooth.
