The staff at the Civic have always treated my husband and I with respect and kindness! I am a patient of Jim Pattison and when ever we need to come into Surrey for an appointment, we always make sure we stay there. When a person's health is in jeopardy there's an extreme amount of stress that goes with it. It's reassuring to know that when we come to the Civic that we are totally taken care of and that we are comfortable and safe! Thank you Civic Hotel! Your amazing!!

Friendly staff and very nice and clean rooms. The parking was a little tricky. The reception need to improve. receptionist should be a 'people's person'. They should greet guests with an infectious smile, be friendly, helpful. We didn't see any of this. Overall the hotel is great we love it.
