Everything. Nice and comfortable hotel in port of cruise ships where we started our cruise to LA.

The environment is good. It is very close to the subway and the airport line. It is also very close to McDonald's. The service of the hotel restaurant is good and delicious. The hotel service is very good. The interior of the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the bed is comfortable. It's close to the scenic spot and the shopping centre. It's great.

Loved an early morning swim before heading out for the day. Sharkies sports bar attached to the property was fantastic. Very friendly staff upon arrival.

We had a huge room with 2 levels plus a balcony. All was clean and modern.. Good dark curtains for thr night. Great bed. Bathroom good as well.Enough Towels and soap and shampoo. Staff always kind. Location perfect. Walk in about 20 minutes to Canada place. Waterbus to Granville Island just behind the BC Stadium.5vtill 10 min walk. Arounx thf hotel good breakfastcafes snd a subway as well. .

What can we say: Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. The harbour view was so nice! Very clean room, good beds. The restaurant/bar/bisto was super, food was excellent on all occasions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Really good service. Short walk to everything you want to see in Vancouver. We will have very good memories of our stay in Vancouver and this hotel is a huge part of this!

Handy location, friendly staff, nice pool, reasonable buffet breakfast

Excelence in every detail! Upon our arrival, our check in was made and our keys were already available with the Bell Post. Never in my life, I was in my room so speedily. Teh room as everything we hoped for: spacious, comfortable and pleasant. The service was cordial and efficient. The location was ideal in relation to our previous Cruise and adjacent car trip. The express check out was perfect and trouble free.

Stunning place! Gorgeous garden, located in a very nice, peaceful neighbourhood. Very spacious with lots of great amenities. Wonderful, kind, generous hosts, very helpful, friendly, going out of their way to make the stay super pleasant and enjoyable. I can only sing praises about this place! :)

The place was very clean, friendly host and more importantly affordable in Vancouver. Me and partner had a wonderful stay and would definitely be going back for another night or two.

The location was so convenient, right on the expo line, right outside of Roger’s arena and Costco. The view was incredible and we really enjoyed going for a run on the seawall. The host was very responsive and flexible!

Great attentive host and professional

My first breakfast I bought some quiche the night before from a local deli, the next two mornings I have breakfast at two local cafe spots. Both had great selection and within an easy walking distance

The hotel charged us $46.20 upon check-in, and all fees and taxes were included. The hotel also charged us a $200 room deposit, which they have not yet processed. Our early check-in request was denied. We received our first room at 2:00 PM, and our second room after 3:00 PM.

Great location, beautiful historic building but well maintained

Outstanding location in a lovely part of downtown Vancouver. Loved the indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The staff were attentive and professional. Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect, with nice decor, comfy beds, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Would highly recommend as a smart family friendly base in Van.

The service from all staff was exceptional — warm, friendly, and so welcoming. I really loved how spacious my room was, and the bed was sleeping on a fluffy cloud. There were plenty of amenities at the hotel, on the residence side, and the restaurant was fabulous. The neighbourhood was wonderful - lots to eat and drink, and it was central to everything Downtown (with Burrard Station just a short walk towards the water… but the city itself is entirely walkable in any direction). If you’d like to use the laundry facilities, make sure you have $2 coins available otherwise you can withdraw cash or break notes in the hotel convenience store :)

Very good location, great staff and comfortable bed

The staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Never have I experienced staff running up to my room to hand deliver a package. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping was very diligent to refresh items everyday. Location was very great, most places were within walking distance.

The landlord was very nice and kind! And the stay there gives me the feeling of family.

The spacious suite, which had a kitchen and dining area and the fantastic views.
