L'atenció del personal és molt bona en recepció i en general. L'hotel ofereix serveis de transport fins el poble . Han set molt amables permeten-nos l'ús de la piscina l'últim dia de la nostra estada. L'esmorzar molt bo i el personal molt atent. La vista des de l'hotel és espectacular.

Esmorzar amb molta varietat d’opcions i de molta qualitat. Molt complet i amb un servei discret i atent , perfecte. El sopar que varem fer una nit a la seva terrassa al costat del llac, boníssim. Cuina excelent. 100% confortable.

La ubicació del lloc és immillorable, al rovell de l'ou, a 20 metres del canal, enmig dels dos ponts medievals. Molts restaurants variats, de tots estils i nivells de preu, i la ciutat antiga, preciosa, amb molt encant. També va ser fantàstic el no de recepció que ens va atendre, tot van ser ajuts i colaboració. Un exemple a seguir 👏🏼 L'habitació amb dia ventiladors, un al sostre i l'altra sobre una taula, van ajudar en els moments de més calor
