Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

I like that is super clean and well maintained and the staff were so pleasant helpful and simply welcoming. Las was the one who waited for us to be the last person to be checked in while Sandy who was there at the check out.. i really love the place it is so cozy and near to almost everything except that i was a bad weather we went to luzern and we need to cut the trip short... but if i get a chance to comeback this will be a place to stay! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. When we encountered a problem with our luggage at the airport, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They kindly contacted the airline on our behalf and assisted us in resolving the issue. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to get our luggage back quickly, which made our trip much more enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and dedication. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

The location of ROSELI in respect of access to transport and tourist attractions that visitors would want to see in the Luzern area is excellent. The ability to use the swimming pool at the sister hotel across the street was a real bonus for the grand children who were travelling with us.

Historical hotel with the modern equipment. Especially friendly staff, solving your requests. Coffee machine in the room with 3 types of capsules,including decoff. Tea and teapot. Tablet with all hotel services there. Renewable Water in the room, with welcome fruits. Car parking service, car was ready before check out w/o reminder. Pretty big inner swimming pool, with the small sauna. Pet friendly! Even for the big dogs!
