Everything’s was good and amazing starting with the location os very near to paradiso tain station and the stop bus also near just you need to walk for 1 minute from the city exit of the hotel, the breakfast was good , check in and check out was easily and fast, the bus and train tickets was free from the hotel I mean including your reservation I just want to say thank you for all the stuff and sure inshallah we will come back soon 😊

Lovely clean hotel . The staff were very helpful and polite. Even though I could have taken the free bus to the centre, I walked. The short 10min approx walk is along the lake which is lined with trees and benches. The scenery is amazing!! I would highly recommend this hotel. My room was lovely with a queen bed and balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountain. 🤗🤗

There is a swimming pool! After my long, not comfort way in hot summer there was the best thing I ve ever had! The girls at the reception are very very nice! They respond on a lot of my questions and helped me very much!

A really nice, clean and spacious apartment, at a beautiful spot overlooking the lake and the city. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment was clean, bright and cozy. The view of the city of Lugano was amazing. The apartment had two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good WiFi. The kitchen was small, but there was everything you needed. There was water and fruit in the fridge when we arrived. The shared terrace had a dining set, sun loungers, a swimming pool and a charcoal grill. There was a bus stop a short walk away, from where you could easily get to the center of Lugano twice an hour. Even closer was the funicular stop up to Monte Bre and down to the city. The owner couple was incredibly friendly and helpful! We were always able to get in touch with them quickly and get help, e.g. when a train strike took us by surprise.

Yellow House is a stylish and perfectly equipped (big plus for the coffee machine and the capsules as well as for the EU-CH socket adapters) studio apartment with a breathtaking panorama. We enjoyed very much the swimming pool, too. The location is remote enough for a chill holiday (it is the highest street of the city) but also very well-connected (bus and funicular stops are 4-5 minutes from the house, meaning you can get to the city center or to the top of the mountain in 20 minutes). The host is extremely helpful: her indications to find the key and get in the apartment were very clear and she responded to all our questions on WhatsApp in a couple of minutes. The only thing you should mind is that the apartment is in a residential area, therefore there are no shops nearby (and even in the city center they close relatively early), however for drinks and small snacks there is an automat at the entrance of the house.

View of Lake Lugano from lovely room balcony was breathtaking. Breakfast room and lounge was beautiful & elegant. Hotel underground parking was a big plus too.

It is a sweet hotel that feels like home. Very clean and super comfy beds. Lovely view and gardens. Bus stop is right outside or a short walk to city center.

Magnificent hotel in a premium location with stunning views over Lake Lugano. Extremely attentive staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
