The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated the shuttle bus service provided for hotel guests on arrival and departure, a very nice and convenient touch. We had a massage at the hotel spa, which was absolutely wonderful and very professional. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant; it was beautifully presented and very tasty. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and I had an excellent view from my balcony. Overall, the staff were highly professional, courteous, and made us feel well looked after

Traditionell, old but well kept. Location premium for people who love to take the train and shared car mobility!!

The stuff was very friendly, the location for a youth hostel was amazing, the room was very clean and we enjoy our stay very much. We’ll return for sure.

A really nice, clean and spacious apartment, at a beautiful spot overlooking the lake and the city. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment was clean, bright and cozy. The view of the city of Lugano was amazing. The apartment had two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good WiFi. The kitchen was small, but there was everything you needed. There was water and fruit in the fridge when we arrived. The shared terrace had a dining set, sun loungers, a swimming pool and a charcoal grill. There was a bus stop a short walk away, from where you could easily get to the center of Lugano twice an hour. Even closer was the funicular stop up to Monte Bre and down to the city. The owner couple was incredibly friendly and helpful! We were always able to get in touch with them quickly and get help, e.g. when a train strike took us by surprise.

The yellow house we visited for our baby’s first birthday gave our family such unforgettable memories! Everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared, and the beautiful scenery along with the swimming pool made it all the more perfect. We were especially touched by the host’s heartfelt sincerity in preparing a special gift for our baby. We truly hope to visit again soon!💛

Fantastic place. Really old history, amazing collection of paintings on the walls. I was also fortunate enough to have a lake view. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Buongiorno Lugano First of all the staff are welcoming, gentle , helpful very professional the manager of the hotel should be proud of his team staff . Excellent location, the hotel is an a wonderful palace . The view of the marvelous lake and mountains from my room is wonderful . The room very nicely decorated , the bed so comfortable. Excellent restaurants , the breakfast as well there was a big variety with nice staff as well . my stay in hotel Royal splendid was fabulous . I highly recommend it . Grazie mille 💐

Bellevue is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. I had a room with a spacious terrace on the first floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Cross the street and you're on the boulevard that runs all the way along the lake, with a lovely park at the end. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. There are only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel. The daily fee is high (hey, it's Switzerland), but it's very convenient. After checking out, I was allowed to leave the car for an hour to take one last walk along the lake.

Both setting and service are exceptional! Wonderful rooms. Highly recommended for everyone travelling with dogs. Mine never wanted to leave and probably still miss the fluffy dog beds :)

Location is absolutely beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with a lot of good food and drinks. Christmas decorations are amazing. Bar is great with live music.
