Great value for money, exceptionally clean rooms, high level of service - our rooms were even cleaned twice one day. Nice and quiet, plenty of room by the pool for everyone.

Place and hotel is like the perfect conection of beauty and nature. I’m happy that I was part of this place for some period. Once it will be the best hotel in the world. At reception Alessandro was magnificent as a guide. He was the host that everyone want to have. Kind and helpfull - belive me, his attitude will let You feel that You are important for the place, not the money You spend there. All the parts of the hotel will be remembered for us as a gift for our anniversary. We will be back for sure.

Loved the house/hotel, quiet and with nice pool/ garden to hang in. Great and delicate breakfast. Very nice to be able to drink the water directly from the tap. Service minded and very nice staff. Good location vs. Como town which also was very nice.

I would definitely recommend this place, clean and tidy with a great team. Beautiful view with lots of space to relax. It was worth the price. The four of us were very satisfied.

An excellent experience, recommended for those who appreciate a little beat of history, lots of charm, description and tranquility! I would say that this wonderful Villa is a well-kept secret on Lake Como. The host, Silvano, discreetly conveys all the charm that the villa has. You can see the pleasure he takes in doing this management. The polite Manuela prepares a wonderful breakfast, where we can enjoy perhaps the best homemade cakes I've tried to date... The villa is full of history, with its ceilings with beautiful frescoes, the very pleasant rooms and the garden with a beautiful swimming pool and ancient trees. We will definitely be back, with more time to better appreciate this excellent experience.

The hotel was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Como, close to the lake, shops, and cozy cafés. The room was bright and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options.

This location is great if you have a car, which we didn't, but the host was so kind and helpful that it wasn't a problem.
