Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

An absoooooolutely delicious breakfast prepared by the loveliest ladies. The breakfast is tailored to your needs and cravings – I always left full and satisfied. I've never been served breakfast in this way anywhere else, and I really liked it. You mark the items you want on a piece of paper, and the ladies prepare exactly what you like, just the way you like it. Lovely view from the window, a pool, nicely decorated reception area and a guest terrace. The hotel's cosmetics smelled amazing. Very close to the Old Town and the port. I liked everything!
