A Small Luxury Hotel on beautiful lake Iseo. The service was just excellent. Orietta and her team were attentive and extremely professional and made us feel very looked after, including our small sausage dog. The hotel and rooms were absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. The property also benefits from an outdoor swimming pool which is hard to find in this area. The breakfast was divine and restaurant onsite is highly recommended for a fine dining experience. Strongly recommended & cannot wait to be back.

Good space, great scenery and the hot tub was a great bonus. Swimming pool looked lovely but it was not warm enough to be used (not a heated pool). Matteo was super helpful and quickly resolved any issues.

Beautiful garden, clean and nice outdoor area and swimming pools, nice minigolf and table tennis, good bike rental. I could very well recommend it to friends.

Spacious, clean, comfortable with all necessary appliances you need while staying in an apartment. The garden and porch was really nice with a big table and lounge chairs just across from the swimming pool. Great for outdoor breakfast and cosy sitting there in the evening. Bedrooms are spacious with good closet space, tv and nice beds and bathrooms with good showers.

Excellent hotel! nice apartments, has everything you need. Clean, beautiful, the view of the Alps was fantastic! Friendly staff. Everything is very convenient, a large beautiful area, there is tennis, baseball, mini golf, playgrounds, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. This is an ideal holiday option with children. The outside space and facilities are excellent, pool, eating spaces, multiple balconies, BBQ, hot tub, plenty of wood for BBQ/hot tub. Every direction the views are amazing. All facilities indoors had everything that is needed but the outdoor space is the real winner. Also, Colico turned out to be a great location for visiting Lake Como because it is not as busy as the main centres, yet has probably the best views.

Great location on top of the mountain. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Terrace with incredible view on lake Garda. Quiet and peaceful place.
