The hotel is not very big - which I personally like and has a perfect location - a bit far from the center of the city. You still can reach the center by 20-minute walk or with the help of the hotel shuttle. The room is small but has everything necessary for a stay. The breakfast is superb and has plenty of options. The main advantage is, of course, the stunning view! The staff was friendly and ready to help. They also arranged a free pick-up for us (we arrived by ferry). The area by the pool is nice and relaxing (though the pool is only 1.2m deep - but still ok).

During the summer, entertainment staff are available to organise activities. amazing view of the lake from our Jacuzzi, it was a really good size cabin, everything you could need to enjoy not only the site but the lake. an easy flat walk along the side of the lake, to numerous coffee places. There were loads of facilities, we didn't use them as we enjoyed walking by the lake and using our Jacuzzi. place was very clean and comfy, we would stay again.

Each room offers elegant parquet floors, an LCD TV, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel made every effort to meet our needs and requests. The reception staff are very helpful and warm. We ordered a standard double but the room was very spacious. It was very quiet and we rested well. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room atmosphere was pleasant and elegant. The breakfast wait staff was very efficient and helpful. The price is very reasonable for a five star hotel.
