Absolutely amazing service! The waiter at the bar is an incredible guy — super professional and genuinely kind. Even though the kitchen was already closed and there was no chance of getting any food, he went out of his way to help us. He offered to prepare something himself, and it turned out delicious! He didn’t have to do it, but he did — and thanks to him, we didn’t go to bed hungry. Huge respect and gratitude. People like him make all the difference!

Great accommodation in a beautiful setting. The apartment is modern, new, very clean, and well equipped – you’ll find everything you need. The outdoor hot tub and sauna are perfect. The location is about 10 minutes by car from Livigno, so having your own vehicle is ideal. Everything works flawlessly through self-service, and the communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.
