Bulgariavery nice hotel, internet was free, we get and free SPA for our stay, this was very nice. Hotel is near the gondola, everything is perfect. Room was very nice with good view. everyday i wake up with mountain view and was amazing.

PortugalEverything was amazing in this family-owned hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful; they were fantastic on a daily basis and also prepared us a takeaway breakfast bag as we left very early in the morning on our departure day. They've also recommended great restaurants for us to try. Rooms were luxurious and spacious with a great shower. The spa facilities with saunas, chilling area and pool were really well thought out and a great treat at the end of a snowboarding day. Overall, everything was just exceptional.

United KingdomMy favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building.
Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!)
We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer.
Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there.
I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.

Really spacious room. It was nice to have a dressing room to keep our bags and clothes separate. Breakfast was very tasty and the swimming pool was good.

Very charming historic hotel in a beautiful location with incredible views. We were upgraded to a spacious suite which was a delightful surprise and very much appreciated as we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Great spa facilities including ancient Roman baths and a wonderful outdoor infinity pool with panoramic views. Very comfortable bed, very clean and has a real sense of history. Good breakfast.

We had an apartment in the adjacent building on the -1 floor but was really cosy and full of wood design.
elevator and private parking space in the nearby garage (20m walk) was great.
Staff was really nice but not all speak the English language. Mostly Italian.
Spa facilities ware great, and much more that the pictures shows. several indoor and outdoor pools and sauna's
(All NO fully nude so bring a bathing suite).

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were mostly lovely. The pool is good (remember to ask reception for a swim cap if you don't have one). There is a decent gym (although no floor space, mats or swiss balls).
The food was very good - mainly local dishes and there was a good selection of local wines.
The bar keep was brilliant. And bonus - the WiFi worked well.
