Hotels with Pools in Zurich

Room, location and breakfast was excellent. Staff, Aisha was and others were soooooooo good. I will visit next year as well.

Great staff! Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the pool and bar and the tv lounge—it really has everything you need for a family stay. Parking on site was very convenient. It was the perfect spot for a great long weekend in town.

The property is modern and well decorated. There is a pool table, sauna, gym and parking available. Staff is super nice and efficient. Overall it’s a great value for money. You’re not in the center of Zurich but it’s really easily accessible with the tram so was perfect for us.

Everything was perfect The resort restaurants were perfect The staff was very helpful and friendly

Very good hotel with quiet location. Cozy dining hall and very friendly staff!

I loved everything about my stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, the rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the lake view was stunning. The hotel’s facilities were excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic buffet breakfast. Access to the incredible spa and fitness centre was the highlight of my stay. The semi-rural neighborhood was perfect for walks in nature.

Location is super good! Easy to navigate to/from airport by train, and to/from Zurich city by public transport (bus, tram). Stuff were awesome! So supportive on any topic! Hotel facilities on first floor for adults and children are easy accessible. Good atmosphere. Highly recommend!

So close to Letzigrand Stadium, great appt. with air conditioning, all amenities

I feel compelled to share my transformative experience at Five Hotel, where Manager Amindra Mahakumara has redefined luxury hospitality. The property's physical beauty is matched only by the extraordinary service culture Mr. Mahakumara has masterfully cultivated. From our arrival, it was clear that his leadership philosophy centers on proactive guest care. Mr. Mahakumara's personal touch was evident throughout - from his daily rounds delivering room service to his genuine interest in ensuring guests' comfort, both within the hotel and during their time in Zurich. As someone who leads my own organization, I found his management style both inspiring and educational. The coordination between departments was flawless, reflecting Mr. Mahakumara's exceptional training protocols. His team, from front desk to housekeeping, maintained immaculate standards with remarkable consistency. Their ability to anticipate rather than merely react to guest needs demonstrated the superior service culture he has established. A particular incident stands out: when a fellow guest accidentally left their iPad before a same-day flight, Mr. Mahakumara personally arranged international shipping to America. This level of attentive problem-solving exemplifies his commitment to guest satisfaction. Having experienced luxury hotels worldwide, the environment Mr. Mahakumara has created is truly distinctive. He achieves the perfect balance of five-star service while maintaining an atmosphere of genuine warmth. His leadership sets new standards in the industry, and we look forward to returning specifically because of the exceptional experience his management enables. Between him and Simon (receptionist) handing off everything to each other, the stay was perfection.

We love The Five and had a fantastic evening away. The warm staff, fantastic food and all around experience will keep us coming back to our little home away from home any time we can.
