Excellent breakfast and dinner (Thursday to Monday dinner main dining area), both are buffet style. Excellent service, always attentive to guests needs. We had to depart the hotel at 5.00am for an airport connection, and were given a takeaway breakfast, both hot and cold option in the package...excellent.

It was very clean and comfortable with considerate accessories like warmers, socks and ear muffs in the room. It was also easy to get around with car hailing. There's a big mall five minutes walk away with lots of food, supermarket, shopping and indoor skiing. Hotel staff were helpful and attended to queries quickly.

The staff were incredible, really friendly and accomodating. They helped us navigate the Chinese mobile apps like Ali Pay and WeChat, and just went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The children's playroom was AMAZING, and all hotels everywhere should have one like this!

Friendly F and B chef and staff who were very approachable and willing to deliver their best service. The room was comfortable and has a good selection of TV programs compared to other hotels. Bed was excellent sleep for our tiring trip. Worth the price.

Spacious and well equipped room. Their shower has good water pressure. Location wise it’s next to a shopping mall and we are spoilt with different food options. The view from the room is also great!
