Hotels with Pools in Kunming

The hotel is located in the center of the Kunming city, a walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, and metro station. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel staffs were nice and helpful. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel. We will choose the same hotel next time!

Great facilities and we really loved the big gym!

Lovely people, always ready to help, always kind and friendly. Perfectly located in the center of Kunming with efficient soundproof windows. big comfortable room. Nice view over the night market and the area.

Amazing staff 11/10!! We used Kunming as a travelling hub to go to Laos by train. The Visa upon entry must be paid in dollars, that we did not have. Exchanging currency by foreigners turned out to be very difficult. Two women from the lobby staff went with us to multiple banks and got us the dollar bills. She even had to go home to get her ID and fill out many forms. We had to leave really early the next day and they even arranged to go boxes for us that we could fill with the breakfast that was already prepared. Amazing hospitality! Moreover, great facilities. Large, clean, beautiful and very well equipted rooms. Laundry room is great. Gym is small but functional. It was raining when we were there, but the pool looks great! Location close to train station (train to Laos leaves at the south station though, this took half an hour by didi in the morning for 50 RMB) so great! Insane value for money. Would recommend this to everyone visiting Kunming.

Everything is expected of InterContinental, but one exceptional is the staff that is over expectation. Mr. Smulin Li, the hotel concierge is extremely helpful with everything. Made our stay much smoother.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Great gym and spa area. Extensive buffet selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Location has easy to access metro.

Loved the location. Right next to this beauty quaint street which is kinda hip and has a lot of vintage stores and cafes. So cool and charming

It was nice and clean and welcoming

The rooms are spacious, nice and clean with very comfy beds. Breakfast is excellent with great choice. Staff is nice and at reception there is always at least one English-speaking person. The hotel is a good option if you want to have some relaxing days outside the city center, but without problem to go there (approx. 30 minutes taxi ride). Restaurants can be found directly opposite the hotel or approx. 2 km away at the lakeside.

Breakfast was very nice ,and comfortable hotel and with a request from me to a higher level, they didn’t hesitate to upgrade me which was a wonderful experience, from a lady who speak English with a beautiful smile and friendly. I wish I remember her name.

perfect location close to metro also have station elevator, good air condition, silence

Had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything about it was top notch- room was pristine, lovely view, and every single member of the staff was professional (but also really welcoming which I find more important). I especially want to mention Jacky. After we’d already checked out, we realised we’d left something valuable behind in the room. Jacky went out of his way to personally help us find it, turned out it had slipped down that space between the bed and the side table. Could have been a stressful situation, but Jacky made it simple and was very reassuring. He was also incredibly helpful with travel suggestions, and gave us some practical advice which meant we've moved around a lot more easily during this trip. His recommendations have genuinely improved our plans. Overall, this was a great experience, and Jacky in particular has made a lasting impression. We're absolutely going to stay here next time we're in kunming and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you 翠湖宾馆 and 张先生！

Oh, wow. Probably one of my best hotel experiences in China. I needed a quiet place to work, and I ended up staying for two weeks. The room is spacious, they have free afternoon cake, and the hotel is just across the national park, where I went for a walk every day. The hotel is a little tucked away: after exploring, I found you could reach more lively areas after 20-30 minutes walk. Also, it's not close to public transportation, so I just opted for didi. All in all, amazing stay. I will do my best to return.

The ambience , good location .

Location of the hotel and room

I liked the help and interaction with the lobby staff and also the staff who assisted me at breakfast answering all my questions and were absolutely professional and lovely people to be associated with. I would like to highlight Vivien at the front desk and Ding Juan who were both extremely helpful and made my stay so much more enjoyable.

A comfortable friendly hotel in a good location.

Excellent service attitude from hotel staff, free yoga therapy and sound bath session, great variety of breakfast featuring local cuisine, free herbal drinks and afternoon tea with pastries. Rooms are clean and with modern decor and amenities. Overall great experience.

Very polite, professional and friendly staff. They also provide pick up and drop off from/to the airport. The room was good, provided toiletries and bottled water. They also have a lovely dog who stays in the garden. The place is quiet and one can truly relax.

Breakfast was OK for Chinese. Location to airport was good.
