The location was perfect, so beautiful pictures don't do it justice. It was great having access to the spa and SUP, canoes. The room was great, the staff was friendly. You are steps away from amazing trails. 3/4 board was great (includes many activities, breakfast, afternoon lunch from 2-4pm and supper. I thought the hotel was fairly priced.

Absolutely everything, Monica at the front desk is simply amazing, Franz (I think) is also the best and happiest host ever. We even had a Germany Fireman test alarm with all the works, smoke, water, rescue. It was an interesting event to live through and see and enjoyed a few free drinks for our trouble. Amazing place, will be returning, highly recommended

Everything! Perfect location with parking on site!! Very close to Zugspitze and you can be the first one there!! Friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate guests! I’ve never had anybody show me to my room at any resort I’ve been to!

We are a traveling couple and booking our places to stay on the road. This location was magical, we didn’t have the time to enjoy the pool and the spa but everything looked great and in good condition. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room was clean and the facilities were comfortable (kettle with tea, plates and knives for a quick late dinner). The view for the garden was incredible! The staff was nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Spacious and clean room with very comfortable mattresses, excelent food (great respect to the cooks who prepared the dinner), wellness area with an amazing view, infinity pool, and last but not least professional and helpful stuff. We also payed attention to the little details that really made the hotel special, such as the design or cosmetics and scents used in the sauna.

The apartment is like new, very comfortable throughout and all the essentials you need. It’s right next to a supermarket for picking up supplies and is right at the end of the lovely high street. There is great wifi, and then the view is excellent! This is the real clincher - a drink on the balcony as the sun goes down is stunning.
