Sijainti Adenaun pääkadun varrella (parveke pääkadulle), tilava ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu huoneisto sekä mahtava takapihakompleksi, jossa uima-allas ja erilaisia istuskelualueita. Ystävällinen isäntäväki. Autolle on oma yksityinen parkkipaikka, mutta ikään kuin takapihan takana, josta joutuu kävellen kiertämään hetken aikaa asunnolle. Itseä tämä ei niin haitannut, sillä varma parkkipaikka on kuitenkin aina hyvä juttu.
