the location was great, the life act at the beergarden was fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful and most of them knew what they were doing

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities and the room was very clean and nice. The sauna and pool areas were also very clean and there was plenty of choice of saunas. It was my girlfriend's birthday and the hotel had a nice table set up with decorations and we were really well looked after by the staff! A lovely stay.

The apartment was immaculately clean and had many extra home-comforts including teabags, coffee pads, a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine. The beds were very comfortable. Liz was an amazing hostess and nothing was too much trouble. She even picked up some groceries for us as she was going to the supermarket. It is less than 10mins walk to Mimberg train-station, and about 20 mins by train to Nuremberg centre. We have already recommended the apartment to others.
