I arrived late at night and was told the key would be easy to find, and I could never find it. I spent 10 minutes with my phone flashlight trying to find the key or even the door to go into it and I couldn’t so I end up having to go across the street to a different hotel.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, our expectations were over exceeded. It was my wife’s birthday weekend and the ladies helped to make it very romantic and memorable! The breakfast and dinner had great options and were very flavorful. The amenities are nice and the location is central to many hot spots in Koblenz. We look forward to coming back one day!

Everything was exceptional, but the most outstanding was the german hospitality which far exceeded my expectations. The level of kindness of the staff surpassed italian, french and the one. Will definitely return with pleasure; the place was extremely quiet and had a very good rest.
