The location of the hotel is perfect, both for the distance to the beach (literally within a few feet) and to towns that are worth visiting within the island. There is a parking within 200m that always had a frew spot, so that was amazing since we were renting a car during the stay. The room was perfectly clean, breakfast was great, staff was friendly and the night shows appeared to be okay, although we didn't attend most.

I’m normally not one to write reviews but Universal Hotel Aquamarin has proved they are well worth this five star review. Firstly, from the second you arrive in the door you are greeted with bright smiles, enthusiastic staff and a glass of champagne. They ask about any need you may require during your time there and they cater to it. It has been a while since I’ve experienced a group of staff who are so considerate and remember even the little things about every guest. For example I let them know I had fish for dinner one night and the next night I had dinner at the hotel restaurant they remembered my dinner choice from the night before. They also remembered I smoked and each time they would bring me an ashtray before I even knew I needed one. Also little details like saying and remembering your name whilst serving you. As a solo traveler it was nice to know I was seen and not overlooked by larger families and groups. The breakfast and dinner was phenomenal and I have to give a special shout out to my friend Sergio who made my stay very comfortable. There is a wide variety to choose from for breakfast also and the chef also prepares more breakfast options. They have great choices from fish, meat and vegetarian on their menu also. The most impeccable part of my stay here was the view. I felt compelled to gatekeep this location but it is too beautiful not to share with others. Tanning on the sun beds was my favourite part of the stay and you are so close to the water you can dip in and out for a swim easily. I also tried out the spa which was amazing and eased my muscle and back pain which I had been suffering with for a while. I would recommend booking in advance as they tend to be fully booked and they were fully booked during my stay here also. As you can tell by my review I really love this hotel and cannot wait to return later in the year. 10/10 spot.

Close proximity to the beach, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff and the chilled vibe. We had an amazing stay at BQ Paguera Boutique Hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach, and surrounded by lovely restaurants and shops. The hotel is spotless, very clean, peaceful, and quiet. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. We really appreciated the little extras like beach towels and umbrellas, and the fact that you can bring your own snacks and drinks to the pool area. At check-in, there was a small mix-up with our booking, but the staff went above and beyond to sort it out quickly and without any fuss. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Quiet location on the seafront beautiful hotel with great facilities indoor and outdoor pool activities for kids but not pushy about them joining in pool table and ping pong were a hit with my two and food was hot and plentiful even though was high season was a large dining room with well laid out buffet and no Queing Lovley hotel can’t fault it we went half board and wine soft drinks and beer were included in dinner which was nice
