A fantastic rural house, with new, modern facilities. Host Raymond is on hand to help, but not in your way. He made a priority of comfortable beds and hot showers. It was the best bed we slept in the whole trip. The pool area is amazing, as are the views. It is located away from the town so it is peaceful, but close to the three fabulous spa areas of Fortuna and Archena. The town is a 10 min drive to supermarkets and restaurants. The property is difficult to find initially. Your GPS will not find it, so make sure you get detailed instructions from Raymond before you come, while you have internet. Plenty of parking! There is also a pool table and air hockey table, bbq and outdoor setting.

Located in Los Baños de Fortuna, Balneario features an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant and a spa. Set in a bright building dating from the 19th century, it offers classically decorated rooms.

Character, charm. The thermal pool use included with room rate were great. We didn’t feel we needed to buy spa packages-the outdoor pools were lovely and relaxing. Staff was helpful. There were good spaces to play cards with family in common area game room. The town was peaceful and quiet. Easy walking to nearby restaurant. We traveled here by bicycle on a cycle tour and they let us store our bicycles in our ground floor hotel rooms but they didn’t have any other safe bike storage areas for the nights there. This was fine with us (and also appreciated).

I loved this stay! The hosts were great! The property was spectacular! There was really no need to explore Murcia, I could have just stayed on the property and I would have been happy. I hope to return!
