Guests can swim in the outdoor swimming pool, go cycling or relax in the garden.

We spent almost three wonderful weeks in Spain, during which we lived at "Casa Rodasa", a charming and very clean small house, located in a very quiet area but still close to the commercial area and relatively close to the seafront in San Javier , which we believe is the longest and most beautifully landscaped seafront, suitable for memorable walks. At the same time, "Casa Rodasa" also has spaces for spending time in a pleasant and relaxing way, such as the terrace and the courtyard. Last but not least , the meeting with Andy was a very pleasant one, he being a very jovial and kind person. We highly recommend "Casa Rodasa"!

Apartment was immaculate with everything you could need . The penthouse was the added bonus .Jose was a joy to deal with even although it was a last minute booking due to a late cancellation.

Residents of phase 21 were very diligent of the up keep of the communal areas. There are a few properties for sale within phase 21 that I have recommend to my parents to pursue into purchase within this complex.
