Vam arribar tard a l'hotel (1:00am), per culpa del nostre vol i ens van dir que no teníem una reserva garantida per haver facturat més tard de les 18:00 i que ens havien d'enviar a un altre hotel. De primeres ens vam enfadar perquè clarament havíem avisat de l'hora de l'arribada i la nostra reserva sí era garantida. Però, la gestió de la solució al final va ser excel·lent, com un pot esperar d'un hotel de la categoria d'un hotel Sokos. Ens van enviar en taxi a un altre Sokos hotel i ens van allotjar en una habitació superior i ens van organitzar un altre taxi per a tornar a Tapiola. Al final de l'estada vam parlar amb el manager i després d'explicar-li el cas, es va disculpar i ens va dir que no havíem de pagar la primera nit de la nostra estada ja que l'hotel havia comés un error. Hem estat molt contents de com l'hotel ha gestionat el problema que vam tenir a l'arribada i també de la resta de la nostra estada. La localització de l'hotel és excel·lent, a 5 min. de la parada de metro. El desdejuni és molt complet, el que un s'esperaria d'un desdejuni continental de bona qualitat. Per tot això recomane als viatgers hospedar-se en aquest hotel.
