Delightfully cosy motel all round, and the highly professional and friendly staff made it a home away from home for us. Wait and reception/concierge staff are superb and so very accommodating of every need. Lovely to see happy staff who love their job and mesh so well together. They take great pride in their work, in the business, in themselves and really make the motel the wonderful place that it is. We stayed her for almost a month as writers in residence. (Though no-one knew this is what we were!) It was sublime! The perfect holiday and working nook. Exceptional staff and service here. Extremely comfortable rooms and relaxation spaces. Impeccably clean. Soft, beautiful decor and spaces that are constantly maintained. The buffet breakfast is wonderful, relaxed, with plenty of hot & cold, plus healthy & luxury eating choices. The hotel bar is always open and there are multiple lounge areas, a huge open plan dining and cosy atrium area (beautiful). The view over Arles from our level 3 Junior Suite (we received a free upgrade) was superb, with French Door windows that open wide to a small balcony for fresh air. Amazing. We did not want to leave. Rooms are heated, snug, sound proofed & spacious. Bath & shower, dining table & chairs, smart tv, sofa bed. Cleaning staff are wonderful too. Comfy beds, great pillows. Bath robes & slippers, mini bar. U-mart grocery store and pharmacy 2 mins walk away. Great 'home base' for exploring Arles and the Southern regions of France. Everything is an easy walk away, including all things Van Gough and all major monuments, museum etc. Great restaurants, cafes, bistros. So many beautiful walks. Train station is a 5-minute uber or pleasant 15-minute walk. Uber eats available but not needed if you want to snuggke in, as there is a hotel restaurant that cooks amazing local produce for both lunch and dinner, daily. Reception & Room service 24/7.

The tranquility and sense for detail in this establishment was exqusite. The friendliness of the staff was impressive and they went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable for each and every guest.

The whole experience was outstanding. Four nights at Le Regalido was perfect for exploring the region and returning to the comfort and hospitality of the wonderful team that work there. The room and facility were excellent. The region and town are fantastic. We went to locations we had never heard of through connecting with staff and locals.

Very friendly, helpful Staff, especially the Woman from the Philippines who does the breakfast....The Manager was Soo helpful and gave us bus times etc....The pool was a blessing in disguise as it was Soo Hot...

Great breakfast options - well presented! Cute bar facilities and shady outdoor area. Bike hire on site. Information and local produce available to purchase. Waking distance (10mins) from Arles old town.

Exquisite hotel, lovely staff

Big comfortable room with very good restaurant downstairs, very friendly staff, right in the centre of the lovely city. Convenient public parking nearby and option to park at the hotel. The Camargue is only a short drive. Very friendly welcome for our big dog, with a park opposite. No accessibility issues.

A truly beautiful villa and an exceptional host. We stayed at the villa for a week-long retreat, and it could not have been a more perfect setting. There is a feeling, inside the villa, of being swept gently back in time into old Arles: stone, light, history, beauty, and quiet elegance all around you, while still being held in every modern comfort. The house is elegant, spacious, peaceful, and full of character, with so many thoughtful details throughout. It has the rare quality of feeling both luxurious and deeply welcoming, a place where people can gather, rest, eat together, write, talk, listen to music, read poetry, and simply feel at home. We had a private retreat chef with us, and the kitchen was absolutely wonderful: spacious, well-equipped, and a joy to use. The screening room was also perfect for our group, giving us a comfortable and atmospheric space to gather, watch, reflect, and deepen the experience together. The bedrooms were comfortable, the common spaces were beautiful, and the villa itself felt like the perfect container for Coming to Our Senses. We wrote, rested, shared meals, listened deeply, read poetry, and gathered for music in the garden. The whole house seemed to support exactly what we had hoped to create: a week of creativity, beauty, conversation, and reconnection. The location was also wonderful, close to the heart of Arles while still feeling like a private sanctuary. Guillaume was an outstanding host: kind, responsive, generous, and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We are deeply grateful for the care, hospitality, and beauty of this place. It was a very special home for a very special week, and I would warmly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Arles.

Great location near the town but quiet area. Property was clean and spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Garden is nice with good size pool perfect for warm weather. Off street parking behind the house is great with double garage.

Our flight was delayed, so our check in time was rather later than we'd hoped. The hosts were fantastic at responding quickly, and were still waiting for us at the door when we arrived.

Comfortable stay in a quiet area near the modern art museum. Beautiful garden with friendly cat and very helpful owner and a lovely small pool yet just a short walk into the old town. Can’t wait to return!
