We loved everything about our stay! The beautiful apartment was extremely well-equipped with lots of love for details, and the common area—including the pool—was a wonderful bonus. Our host, Yannic, was simply the best and so helpful from beginning to end. He gave us great advice for local adventures, and we can't recommend the breakfast enough. It was delightful and featured almost exclusively homemade or local ingredients. A must-have! Note for dog owners: The stairs to the apartment are quite steep and open. We had our senior dog with us and carried her up and down the stairs just to be safe.

Everything! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Évian. Everything was absolutely excellent — the service is truly top-level and made us feel very welcome from the very beginning. The spa area is amazing: the pool, sauna, and overall atmosphere are perfect for relaxation. The breakfasts were outstanding — delicious, high-quality, and with a great variety of options. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view from the room is simply stunning and adds something special to the whole experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again — next time with our children.
