Staff was friendly, super charger was directly next to property, could use 1&2 more facilities outside on their huge property for kids but at least they had something already. Kids corner was cute, suggest that the amount of toys be reduced but have a more complete collection of each. Or else the toys are all mixed and incomplete sets, so nobody can really play with anything. Breakfast was a bit of a wait, but the quality and selection was better than other Novotels we visited in France on this trip.

Proper was amazing with a lot to do and in a great where champagne is made. Customer service was amazing and the breakfast too.

Calm very pleasant neighborhood, beautiful win yards all around. The host was very pleasant and welcoming. We even wanted to stay longer, but the room was booked out.

The hotel was much better than we expected. The rooms were exceptional. Bathroom was modern, large and nicely appointed. The breakfast was fabulous. Security and parking was great. The bikes were fun. The spa was beautifully appointed with an indoor lap pool. Even had a separate fitness room in the basement.
