We were greeted by the Hotels owners Des and Linda, who were extremely welcoming on our arrival. The hotel itself including our room was spotless. It is located in a perfect position near to the beach, the old town and shopping centre within easy walking distance. The dining area was in my opinion laid out immaculately and you could clearly see that the owners take pride in their hotel. There was a multitude options for breakfast but we stuck with the Full English and it was lovely. I would certainly recommend it. As we were there in the first start of January, it was extremely cold outside, but our room was extremely hot, in fact I had to turn the radiator down. The bed was one of the comfiest I have laid on. During our short stay we chatted quite a bit with Des and Linda, and enjoyed their company. I can genuinely say that this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and certainly one of the friendliest. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again if we returned to the IOW. We recently had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at Adgestone Villa! All of us including our dogs didn't want to leave! Emma has been a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. There was a slight hiccup with the pool but this was sorted at lightning speed!! We will definitely be looking at returning some time in the future!!

It was a lovely welcome with even Easter eggs left for my children.The caravan is on a large site with a swimming pool and entertainment. The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you would need and have at home. It was great having a washing machine with the caravan when having children. Great communication with the owner, who helped with the ferry bookings and before we travelled with anything else we needed. Lovely holiday despite the rain ☔ will be booking again. Thank you.

Site has an indoor and out door swimming pools( only open on at a time) Bars, restaurant and facilities good, staff very friendly and helpful. Good play areas for children and right next to beach( down steep footpath). 2 free to use EV Charging points and small shop for essentials. Bus stop out site main gates.
