Very friendly staff, smooth check in and check out. Arrived late at about 1am, room got upgraded from standard to executive. Room is very clean and tidy.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The view of the castle from my room was stunning, and the location couldn't be better - close to shops and food options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were great. They also offer paid parking, which is convenient. Highly recommended!

The room was a nice size for 3 guests and the bathroom had a nice size shower and bathtub. The 3 beds were very soft and comfortable. I loved being able to have my own bed while traveling with friends since most hotels do 2 doubles, but our room had 3 single beds.
