I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained – you can immediately see that hygiene and order are taken seriously here. The entire property is beautifully designed and offers many nice places to relax and feel comfortable. I especially appreciated the very nice location and peaceful surroundings , perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The view was also exceptional and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently very friendly, helpful, and professional. I always felt welcome, and the service was quick and reliable. The food was really good and varied, everything tasted fresh and was nicely presented. Honestly, I cannot understand why there are so many negative comments, as my personal experience was completely different and very positive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with great cleanliness, friendly staff, good food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast and coffee was absolutely delicious. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly at home. They have a fantastic swimming pool – very clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Everything, stopped on way to Stepantsminda. Very helpful in arranging restaurant for night. Kitchen with washing machine which was very useful. No breakfast available but we had our own so not a problem. Great communication . Lovely garden
