Staff was professional, kind, with positive energy, we felt like we were at home. It is family business and they treated us as family. Breakfast was very good, room was very clean, simply there were no complaints about single thing. We highly recommend Xenia Apartments!!!

Everything. It is in a superb location, is spotlessly clean and has a wonderfully welcoming vibe.

We had a great surprise as the administrator upgrade our room to a bigger one- family room. The hotel was very clean, great towels- white and new, great pool - clean, warm but not touch clor smell. Close to the beach.

The location is very nice, the fact that is high on the mountain gives a different view, more spectacular. It’s a great place for taking pictures and going for a swim in the pool while sipping a proseco on the edge. Very pleased with the services and the hospitality, definitely a place worth staying at. Location, the facilities, privacy

The views were amazing, 2 mins drive to the Egremni Beach car park, an abundance of local tavernas nearby. Pool was lovely and the aircon (it was super hot during our stay) superb. We were welcomed by the owners, who made us feel very welcome.

Amazing!! A stunnig view!!! A wonderful, welcoming and helpful host! We really enjoyed our time here! The house is equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms are decorated with a special design. The pool it's very clean and the host provides nice towels for sunbeds. Also, the host suprized us with lots of traditional culinary delights.We will come back for sure!

Super clean. Great location, awesome sunsets. Pretty decent places to eat near by and a small market. Host very responsive and helpful. Coming up there with a car is a bit tricky, but not impossible. We came with 2 cars, Skoda Octavia Scout and Mini Cooper.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Athani. The highlight was definitely the stunning infinity pool with panoramic views of the sea and unforgettable sunsets. The villa itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you need—including air conditioning, a well-equipped grill, and a spacious terrace perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. It’s perched up the hill, and while the access is a bit challenging, it’s absolutely worth it for the peace, privacy, and breathtaking views. The hosts were also wonderful—very friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, stylish escape on Lefkada!

Best accommodation I have ever been to! First off all the location is a piece of heaven! The place is amazing, breathtaking views, quiet, and peaceful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy Lefkada. Second of all, the staff is the best mannered, kind, smiling and there for your every wish! The rooms are very big and comfortable with beautiful sea views. Location is great, close to Egrenmi beach and Porto Katsiki, two of the best beaches in Lefkada.All combined together makes your holiday perfect,we never wanted to leave this place.New property,very modern and stylish

Luxurios villa, with infinity pool and the most amazing view of Egremeni beach. Sunset views of the sea are incredible. Lots of space, kitchen with all the tools, pots and pans you need. Decent restaurants nearby. Close to egremeni beach and port katsiki considered tbe top 2 beaches on the island. Eitan and Nina were great hosts who spoiled us and made a great deal of effort to ensure we had an amazing stay, including giving us recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc
