The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were top notch comfortable.

The villa has really nice view which made us spend a lot of time on the little terrace in front of our studio. The yard of the villa is so good with all these pools, tables, gardens etc. The studio had everything we need which made our stay pretty comfortable. There is dedicated parking behind the villa and also the Agios Nikitas village is 7-8 min walk where you can visit some nice tavernas. Overall you can't give it less than a 10.
