The entire set up was great, our room was spacious with great views and a balcony. The staff was very welcoming and good for a talk and laugh while checking in and at the bar for a drink.

Stayed with my twins and we loved it. Sad it was only for 3 nights. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Best Greek salad to date !

We stayed at SENTIDO Kyknos Beach Hotel on an all-inclusive basis, and overall, we absolutely loved our experience. We really appreciated the hotel’s concept: it is calm, peaceful and designed to be a true break from everyday life. Our room was absolutely incredible. We had a jacuzzi in the room, a beautiful sea view and even an amazing view from the shower! Although the hotel is not directly on the beach and the view is partly over the surrounding buildings, it is completely unobstructed and still beautiful. The hotel has two swimming pools, one smaller and one larger. Both are lovely, with plenty of sun loungers, so we never had any trouble finding somewhere to relax. Unfortunately, some guests still reserve sun loungers with towels and then disappear for hours, but that is more a matter of guest behaviour than the hotel’s fault. The hotel does try to discourage this, but sadly not everyone respects the rules. The food and drinks were fantastic. We genuinely have nothing negative to say about them. Compared with other all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at, the food here felt much more carefully prepared and varied. There is less of the typical fast-food-style food, which might not suit everyone, but for us it was perfect. There were also plenty of vegetarian options, which we really appreciated. The staff were also incredibly kind and friendly. A special thank you to the housekeeping ladies, who were absolutely lovely and always genuinely concerned about whether everything was okay and whether we needed anything. Their kindness really stood out to us. We also loved the entertainment concept. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts, the entertainment here is much more relaxed — and that is exactly the point of this hotel. It is peaceful and quiet, giving you the opportunity to actually rest. We loved being able to relax by the pool without constantly being invited to participate in activities or having our downtime interrupted.

The hotel is at the beach with its own pool. The beach area and the pool area were beautiful, well designed and organized. The guests received clean towels for the beach or pool use. The apartment had a beach view, two large rooms and a very large terrace. The view were amazing, we watched the sunset from there every day. The food at the hotel was very delicious, our favorites were the Energy bowls with Greek yoghurt and oatmeal and the avocado toast. The hotel staff were always very nice and helpful. We enjoyed every moment there.

The hotel is clean, tidy, quiet Stunning service, the owners of the hotel are nice, just like family, always helping, giving everything from the heart And the location is 200 meters from the sea, next to restaurants and cafes, amazing bars, just a perfect experience

I am very satisfied with the service. All the staff are extremely, extremely friendly, and I really want to emphasize that! Everything is tidy and clean. The rooms are cleaned regularly, the towels are changed, and the floors and rooms are kept clean and well maintained. The food is delicious, and there is a nice variety to choose from. I have nothing but praise for everything. Highly recommended!

The hotel is great! Its location right in front of the beach is amazing. It is spotlessly clean. All of the staff, from reception to the cleaners to the spa staff, the guys from the bar are very friendly and attentive. I would especially like to thank the restaurant staff for helping me choose food. As someone with coeliac disease, it is not easy to find suitable food, but this hotel is very knowledgeable about the condition and offers many gluten-free options at breakfast and dinner. On one occasion when there wasn't much to choose from, the chef 🧑‍🍳 kindly prepared a special dish for me. Thank you very much! For sure we’ll come back!

This was our second time here, and although we were a little disappointed, we got over it within two days. Last year we had a room overlooking the pool, and although we would have liked to have the same room, unfortunately this was not possible. But the hotel was still as wonderful as it was last year.The food was fresh and delicious, and the children always found something tasty to eat. There was always show cooking. There was a separate table for Greek dishes, and we always ate from it. The chef could share the recipe for the gyros seasoning with me, because I would like to make something this delicious at home! The entertainment team recognized us from last year, which we really appreciated, but they were very friendly and funny to everyone. Special thanks to Viki, Pia, and the water aerobics instructors! A word of advice to anyone reading this and traveling here: participate in all the games, especially the evening quiz game! "Have a nice day!" :) (You'll find out why I wrote this! Everything was exceptional! The staff was there to make sure our vacation was great. The beach is sandy, and the food is delicious.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was super clean, and the food was really good. Special thanks to the Dedalos bar team — they were incredibly friendly and made delicious cocktails. A big shoutout to Kostas, who is truly a wonderful person and made our evenings even better. Our housekeeper cleaned and prepared our room beautifully every day, always with little thoughtful touches. For a birthday, we even received a surprise cake without having asked — such a sweet gesture! Thank you for everything — we’d love to come back!

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with a sea view, two couples, for the second time. The service at the hotel is perfect, the staff is courteous and responds to every request with a smile and kindness. The villa is well-equipped, clean and simply perfect. The location of the hotel is truly dreamy, located on the mountain, with a simply stunning view, and is close to all the main places. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. We will definitely be back♥️

We spent an amazing week there. Staff was so friendly, helpful and always approachable. Manos, the manager, is a great man with his lovely family, also the cleaning lady was sooo kind to us. They are maintaining the property so well, that we felt ourselves like in a little paradise. Pool was always clean, nice chill music there and it is in a big green garden with lots of palm trees. From the sunbeds you can enjoy a unique view on the mountains. They also offer food and coctails in the garden and you can rent a car as well. There are some really good restaurants just some minutes by walk and the sea is also 5 minutes from there. They also gave us towels for the beach which was an extra kindly service. Vergina apartments are defenetly the best choice in Malia, sure we will come back soon.

Location was close to the restaurants and shops. The pool was clean and refreshing ever day. The owner Christos was amazing and greeted us upon arrival.

The food was amazing, the staff are all nice and kind, they work really hard for this hotel to keep on high level. The Manager is really kind, he upgrade my room without extra cost.
